IRVINE, CA-Huntington Beach-based BSH Home Appliances Corp. is relocating its headquarters to Irvine from Huntington Beach and adding a showroom space near John Wayne Airport. The company has leased an office space measuring 53,000 square feet at 1901 Main St. from Piedmont Office Realty Trust Inc.
BSH will relocate its home office to the 172,000-square-foot building in 2012. The company has inked a 17,000-square-foot lease on Von Karman Avenue with Arden Realty Inc. of GE Capital Real Estate for eight years. For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal .
