Black & Veatch Corp. has leased 6,255 square feet; Columbia Gas Transmission has leased 55,500 square feet; Higginbotham Insurance Agency has leased 20,841 square feet; Global Ground Transport has leased 2,109 square feet; OTC Global Holdings has leased 21,150 square feet; and Science Applications has leased 41,132 square feet at the building.
