PITTSBURGH-John Odell, a Michigan-based developer, and his partners are starting construction on Cranberry Promenade, a mixed-use development spanning 218,000 square feet in Cranberry Township. The developer acquired a 20-acre site at the junction of Ogle View Road and Route 19 for the project through Butler Promenade LP.

The first phase of the project will have 18,000 to 32,000 square feet of retail space. A bank and an Aldi grocery store will occupy the space that will be ready in Q2 2012. For the full story, go to Pittsburgh Business Times .
