WASHINGTON, DC-MVM Technologies Inc. will relocate its manufacturing operations and headquarters to the PR Harris Educational Center and the St. Elizabeths' east campus from San Clemente, California. The company has plans to open a home office on the St. E's east campus and an industrial facility at PR Harris, owned by the Community College of the District of Columbia.
