WESTBOROUGH, MA-National Development of Newton has purchased National Grid's former US headquarters in Westborough for $20.1 million. The company has acquired the 320,000-square-foot property at 25 Resaerch Drive from National Grid.
The building currently houses the corporate office of BJ's Wholesale Club. People's United Bank provided a $15.8-million mortgage for the acquisition. Jones Lang LaSalle negotiated the deal on behalf of both the seller and the buyer. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
