BALTIMORE-Obrecht Commercial Real Estate is planning to start construction on an apartment complex comprising 162 units at Toone and Conkling streets in Brewer's Hill on July 5. The average size of units in the building will be 870 square feet and monthly rentals will range between $1,400 and $2,000.
The project will also include a retail space measuring between 5,000 and 8,000 square feet. Obrecht is partnerting with Focus Development and Kinsley Properties to develop the project. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
