ORLANDO-Rollins College has chosen Orlando-based Baker Barrios Architects Inc. and Hardin Construction Co. LLC to manage the construction of the proposed 112-room Alfond Inn at Rollins. Baker Barrios Architects will handle the planning, interior design and architecture of the project, and Hardin Construction will act as the general contractor.
The $20-million facility measuring 107,676 square feet will also have 8,000 square feet of meeting space and ballroom. The project will start in October and will open for business in summer 2013. For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal .
