AUSTIN, TX-Strasburger & Price LLP is relocating from the One American Center to a Brazos Street tower. The international law firm has inked a lease for 12 years with Capital Commercial Investments Inc. for 24,200 square feet at the Perry Brooks Tower, a 12-story office building measuring 134,638 square feet at 720 Brazos St. in downtown Austin.
