SEATTLE-Emerald Bay Equity has sold the Sweetbriar and Eden Hills apartment complexes located on Queen Anne Avenue North to associates of RREEF, a subsidiary of Deutsche Bank. The two new apartment buildings were sold for a total amount of $44 million.
The two buildings comprise 84 apartments and over 30,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. Emerald Bay listed the two buildings along with two redevelopment sites on the market in 2010. For the full story, go to Seattle Times .
