NEW YORK CITY-Allure Eyewear is enlarging its Manhattan office space in the Garment district. The firm has signed a lease for 10 years with Forty Eight Thirty Seven Associates for 8,700 square feet of space at 40 W. 37th Street situated between Fifth and Sixth avenues.
