EVANSTON, IL-An office building situated at 909 Davis St. in downtown Evanston is up for sale. A team headed by James Postweiler of Chicago-based Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. is marketing the six-story building, which measures 195,245 square feet.
The building, built in 2002, is 95% leased. A German fund instructed by New York-based Real Estate Capital Partners LP owns the building. Last fall, Romanek Properties Ltd. was close to buy the property for $39 million, but the deal was not realized. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
