HOUSTON-Boca Raton, Florida-based Gables Residential has started construction on its first apartment complex in Houston. The company is constructing Gables Post Oak, a 316-unit apartment complex inside the 610 Loop.
Gables formed a joint venture with Northwestern Mutual to develop the eight-story building at the southeast corner of Post Oak Place and Post Oak Park near San Felipe.
