KANSAS CITY, KS-Houston-based Weingarten Realty Investors has sold Shawnee Village Shopping Center, a retail center spanning 132,000 square feet at Quivira Road and Shawnee Mission Parkway, to Overland Park-based Henzlik-Oliver Real Estate Cos. LLC. The deal was closed at the beginning of this month.
Dollar Tree is opening a 9,500-square-foot store at the Burlington Coat Factory-anchored center in October. Henzlik-Oliver Real Estate is also planning to add a restaurant lot for development at the spot. For the full story, go to Kansas City Business Journal .
