SCOTTSDALE, AZ-Phoenix-based Mainspring Capital Group has purchased eight office buildings totaling 547,000 square feet in the Pima Center in Scottsdale. The company has bought the property for $60 million.

The Mainspring is the original developer of the business park that sits on 209 acres of land retained by the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community. The eight buildings, developed by Valley development firm Opus West, were bought by a Bank of America entity, which sold the property to Mainspring.
