CHANDLER, AZ-Dublin, Virginia-based Phoenix Packaging Operations LLC, an affiliate of Bogota, Colombia-based Grupo Phoenix, is opening a new facility in the Valley manufacturing market area. The company has leased 104,400 square feet of space at a manufacturing and distribution facility near the northeast corner of Elliot Road and Arizona Avenue in Chandler.
