STUTTGART, GERMANY-Prime Office AG has closed two lease deals totaling 108,715 square feet in Emporia, an office compound in Stuttgart-Mohringen. Cenit AG is signing a 10-year lease for nearly 80,729 square feet and Hochtief Solutions AG is signing 5-year lease for nearly 27,986 square feet in the Stuttgart-Mohringen property.
Prime Office has also received a letter of intent for a 15-year lease for roughly 10,764 square feet in the property. Jones Lang LaSalle is handling lease activities in the office complex. For the full story, go to Immopro24 .
