LONDON-F&C REIT Asset Management Plc and AREA Property Partners LLP have sold the freehold St Katharine's Docks situated in London for GBP 156.3 million, or about 330 per square foot. The property was purchased by a joint venture including AIM-listed Max Property Group Plc.
The riverside estate comprises 500,000 square feet of offices, shops and restaurants, besides Central London's only marina that extends to 10 acres and includes 160 berths. The property was sold after the owners defaulted on a GBP 170-million loan. For the full story, go to UK Business Property .
