TechMediaNetwork will occupy the entire ninth-floor space of the Class A office building. Asking rent was $36 per square foot. Ryan Masiello and Andrew Flint from Jones Lang LaSalle's New York office represented the tenant, while Robert Gallucci with Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented the sublessor in the deal.
