SAN ANTONIO-USAA Real Estate Co. (USAA RealCo) has sold an apartment community in Northwest San Antonio. The firm has sold The Preserve on Fredericksburg, 376-unit Class A apartment complex at 10422 Huebner Road, to an institutional investor for an undisclosed price.
The Preserve is situated adjacent to the corporate headquarters of USAA. It sits on 25 acres of land. USAA developed the complex along with Houston-based Cambridge Development Group.
