SINGAPORE-Malaysia's Khazanah Nasional Bhd. and Singapore's Temasek Holdings Pte. Ltd. will jointly make investment in two property developments worth nearly $8.86 billion in Singapore. The two state investment companies have plans for office, retail, hotel and residential developments, including four parcels in the Marina South district.

The Marina South project will contain 3.67 million square feet with at least 60% of retail or office space. The Ophir-Rochor site will have a mixed-use development on nearly 1.7 million square feet. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal .
