ROCKVILLE, MD-AvalonBay Communities Inc., an apartment owner based in Arlington, has acquired Yale Village Townhomes situated near Montgomery College in Rockville for an amount of $49.5 million. An entity controlled by the Polinger Shannon & Luchs Co. of Chevy Chase has sold the 210 rental townhomes for about $235,700 per unit.
