LONDON-Barratt London has inked a deal to construct 375 new homes on the entrance of the Emirates Stadium in the north side of London. The company and its joint venture partner, L&Q, are expecting to begin the project in January 2012 on the site located in Queensland Road, N7.
The GBP 128-million development will include three residential towers. Units in the development will range from studios to penthouses measuring 1,000 square feet. The complex will also have a 4,736-square-foot commercial space. For the full story, go to Property Wire .
