NEW YORK CITY-Beehives & Buzzcuts has leased its first location near Stuyvesant Town. The children's hair salon has signed a lease for 10 year with Sassouni Management for 2,500 square feet at 365 First Avenue situated between 21st and 22nd streets.
The asking rent for the space was $13,000 per month. Joseph Isa and Brian Tregerman with Winick Realty represented Carolyn Massey, the owner of Beehives & Buzzcuts, and the landlord in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to New York Observer .
