ORLANDO-Grubb & Ellis Company has closed a lease renewal and expansion deal for an office space in Altamonte Springs. BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy Services Inc. has renewed its lease for 21,052 square feet and added 6,835 square feet of office space at North Lake Business Park.
With the new lease, BioPlus' total square footage at the property has increased to 27,887 square feet. Grubb & Ellis represented Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers LLC, the landlord, while the tenant had in-house representation in the deal. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
