TAMPA, FL-Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT has completed the sale of an office building in Tampa. U.S. Bank National Association has sold the office building measuring 3,984 square feet at 8001 North Dale Mabry, #601, to Olimaro Corp. for $340,000, or about $85 per square foot.
