KAHULUI, HI-Fergus & Co., a real estate investment company based in Honolulu, has bought 12.8 acres of parcel on Maui. The company has purchased the Kahului cannery complex of Maui Land & Pineapple Co. Inc. for an undisclosed amount.
The parcel contains nearly 255,000 square feet of warehouse space. Fergus & Co. is planning to improve the property. The company will install loading docks, metal sliding and new utilities at the newly acquired parcel. For the full story, go to Pacific Business News .
