SAN MARCOS, TX-Greensboro, North Carolina-based Tanger Factory Outlet Centers Inc. has signed four lease deals totaling 24,133 square feet at the Tanger Outlet Center situated in San Marcos. The REIT is the owner of the shopping center.
Kirkland's Outlet will occupy a 10,000-square-foot store in early September; Aerie Outlet Stores will occupy a 4,500-square-foot space in early October; Hurley Outlet Stores will occupy a 2,133-square-foot space in late September; and Reebok has recently opened its 7,500-square-foot store at the shopping center.
