HONOLULU-The James Campbell Co. LLC, a real estate company based in Hawaii, has bought a 100-acre industrial property on Kalaeloa Boulevard in Kapolei for an amount of $30.2 million. The acreage is situated on the south side of a printing facility run by Honolulu Star-Advertiser.
A group of lenders headed by Wells Fargo owned the land earlier. The James Campbell has bought the land, which was meant to become the West Kalaeloa Business Park, from WKP Hawaii LLC. For the full story, go to Pacific Business News .
