PHOENIX-Marcus & Millichap in Phoenix has closed the sale of two apartment projects in north Phoenix for about $10 million. A court-appointed receiver has sold Paseo del Sol, 214-unit complex at 2634 N. 51st Ave., and Northern Point, a 486-unit complex at 1905 W. Las Palmaritas Drive.
The complexes were purchased by two limited liability companies developed by Frank DeSouza and Cal DeSouza of Scottsdale-based Mentor Properties Inc. Cliff David, Rich Butler and Steve Gebing with Marcus & Millichap brokered the deal. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
