ORLANDO-NAI Realvest has negotiated the sale of the old Long John Silver's 0.84 acre site and restaurant in Orlando. CNL APF Partners, LP in Orlando has sold the site and the 1,772-square-foot restaurant at 2259 S. Semoran Blvd. to Angali Management LLC for $475,000.
