DURHAM, NC-Measurement Durham LLC is planning to erect a five-story office and retail structure measuring 74,000 square feet in downtown Durham. The company has formed Measurement Building LLC to construct and finance the $12-million project.
The Measurement Building will come up at 404 Hunt St. located at the corner of Morris and Hunt streets. Choate Construction Co. is the general contractor and Capital Bank is the financier for the building. Construction will start in July and will be completed in July 2012.
