CHICAGO-A local real property investment firm has purchased a Lakeview apartment building from another local real property investment firm. Newcastle Ltd. has paid $33.3 million for the 162-unit apartment building at 533 W. Barry Ave.
The 149,702-square-foot apartment property was sold by an associate of Revere Corp. The sale price breaks down to about $206,000 per unit. The 533 W.
