NEW YORK CITY-Real Estate Weekly reported that The Guardian is about to sign a lease deal for an office space measuring between 8,000 and 9,000 square feet at 536 Broadway. The British newspaper, which intended to lease The Observer's old space at 915 Broadway, is now moving to the corner of Spring Street and Broadway.
