MARLBOROUGH, MA-Boston-based Belrose Capital, a real estate arm owned by Eaton Vance Corp., is selling an office complex spanning 532,246 square feet at 100 Campus Drive in Marlborough. The property invester has signed a deal to the four-building office complex to Houston-based Hines Global REIT for $103 million.
The office campus is 100% leased to various tenants such as Hologic Inc., Hewlett-Packard Co. and Wellington Management. Belrose Capital purchased the property in September 2006 for $126.1 million. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
