FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Berger Commercial Realty Corp. has negotiated the sale of 21.49 acres of land in West Palm Beach. BF Accona, LLC, an associate of South Dakota-based BankFirst, has sold the multifamily parcel at 715 Hank Aaron Drive to West Palm Beach-based Aaron Drive Holdings for $6.76 million.
The Hank Aaron Drive parcel had been approved for 57 townhouses, 620 condominiums and 20,000 square feet of retail space. The deal was closed by Berger Commercial Realty's Broker Reese Stigliano. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
