DALLAS-The city of Dallas has approved Billingsley Co.'s proposed plan to construct a mixed-use project on four corners of the State Highway 190 and Dallas North Tollway. The new development will comprise three or four 16-story office buildings and apartments.
The buildings will have 1.4 million square feet of office space and maybe a hotel. Each building will contain restaurant and retail space on the ground floor. Part of the planned project is beside the Gramercy on the Park community. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News .
