LONDON-British Land has signed a contract to acquire Wardrobe Court, EC4, a residential investment property measuring 71,000 square feet in the City of London, for GBP 57 million or about GBP 800 per square foot. The majority of the residential property, situated near St Paul's Cathedral, is leased to BridgeStreet.
