TAMPA, FL-HFF has completed the sale of a multi-housing community in Tampa for an undisclosed price. Camden Property Trust has purchased The Estates at Tuscany Ridge, a Class AA community consisting of 450 units at 2302 Visconti Blvd.
The property, situated west of I-75 and south of Crosstown Expressway in Tampa, was sold by Blue Granite Partners LLC. HFF represented the seller in the deal. For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal .
