NEW YORK CITY-Cadian Capital Management in New York is moving from 461 Fifth Avenue to Madison Avenue. The firm has signed a lease for 10 years with Park Tower Group for 11,930 square feet at 535 Madison Avenue.
The hedge fund will occupy the entire 36th-floor space of the building. Alexis Tenner, Cynthia Wasserberger and Randy Abend with Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant, while Laurence Briody and Brian Gell with CB Richard Ellis represented the owner in the deal.
