WINTER PARK, FL-Forness Properties has negotiated a lease deal for a retail space in Orange City. Hobby Lobby has signed a lease for 20 years with Saxon Crossings Partners, LTD. for the retail space measuring 51,010 square feet at the Saxon Crossing Shopping Center.
Hobby Lobby will be constructed on a two-acre outparcel of the Saxon Crossings Center. It will open the space in 2012. Concordia Equity, LC represented the tenant, and Forness Properties represented the owner in the lease deal. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
