HOUSTON-Indianapolis, Indiana-based Simon Property Group Inc. and Greensboro, North Carolina-based Tanger Factory Outlet Centers Inc. have entered into a joint venture to build a retail center in League City. The joint venture will develop, lease as well as manage a Tanger Outlet Center in League City.
Phase one of the project will have 350,000 square feet and phase two will have additional 120,000 square feet. Construction is expected to start in July. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
