NEW YORK CITY-The Shakespeare Society has relocated from Upper East Side to Chinatown. The organization has signed a lease for 700 square feet of space at 118 Baxter Street.

The Shakespeare Society has occupied the seventh-floor space of Baxter Street building. The organization will pay roughly $27,360 per year for the space. Tony Gaskin and Adam Rosen with A.C. Lawrence and Company represented the tenant, while Wayne Leong with Manhattan Realty Corp. represented the landlord in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to New York Observer .
