BALTIMORE-BACM 2002-PB2 Charles Street LLC, an affiliate of Florida-based LNR Partners LLC, has purchased the Sun Life building in Baltimore for $4.5 million at a foreclosure auction. The 121,400-square-foot building at 20 S. Charles St. is 68% leased.
CSG Partners purchased the Sun Life building for $9.3 million in 2008. The building is leased to tenants such as the Y of Central Maryland, Blades & Rosenfeld and Aquent LLC. Timothy F.
