SAN DIEGO-Verenium, a biotechnology company based in San Diego, is relocating from the Sorrento Valley area to the Torrey Pines area. The company will open its new laboratory and headquarters on the Torrey Pines area site that measures 59,199 square feet.
The biotechnology company will have to pay $2.3 million as rent in the first year for its new location. BP will take Verenium's current location for $98.3 million. Verenium will relocate to the new location next summer. For the full story, go to The San Diego Union Tribune .
