AUSTIN, TX-Developers have started construction on the first phase of a new retail project spanning 250,000 square feet at RM 620 and Wilson Parke Avenue near Concordia University. The Trails at 620 project, located in the Four Points area of Northwest Austin, is being marketed by Edge Realty Partners.
Edge Realty Partners said that four restaurants and an 11-screen movie theater have already leased space in the shopping center. The center will be opened at the beginning of 2012. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
