MILWAUKEE-Grubb & Ellis/Apex Commercial's Bill Langhoff has closed two 9,600-square-foot lease deals in an industrial building located on Whittaker Way in Menomonee Falls. Terrazzo & Marble Supply Cos. and Milwaukee Bindery Solutions Inc. are the two new tenants of the building owned by First Industrial Realty Trust Inc.
Terrazzo & Marble signed the lease for three years. The company will open its warehouse and showroom in August 1 2011. Milwaukee Bindery Solutions will shift to the new location within the next couple of weeks. For the full story, go to Business Journal Serving Greater Milwaukee .
