MILWAUKEE-Devo Management Co. LLC plans to bring a Sendik's grocery store to a 95,000-square-foot shopping center located in West Bend on the corner of Highway 33 and North 18th Avenue in mid-November 2011. The company plans to start a renovation project worth $5 million on the building, which it bought for $2 million in late June 2011.
