NEW YORK CITY-Investment firm Augusta Columbia Capital has leased 7,281 square feet at 130 East 59th Street for five years. The company will occupy a part in the 14th floor of the 17-floor office tower owned by the UJA Organization. Asking rent for the space is nearly $53 per square foot.
