PARIS-AXA Real Estate Investment Managers and Norges Bank Investment Management has formed a joint venture to make investments jointly in Paris office properties. The first deal of the joint venture would be AXA Real Estate's planned selling of its 50% stake in seven properties, a part of its Euro 1.4 billion worth office portfolio in Paris, to Norges Bank.
The seven properties with a total gross leasable space of 1,679,170 square feet are situated in either the central or western business districts of Paris. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
