BOSTON-Brightcove Inc., a company offering online video services, will shift its headquarters from Cambridge to the Boston waterfront in April 2012. The company has inked a lease for 82,000 square feet at Atlantic Wharf complex located at the junction of Congress Street and Atlantic Avenue.
